And I'm glad I did. Because it's pretty witty and made me laugh out loud.

For the first time ever, I purchased a book just because I loved the cover art. I do this with wine too. But come on, how great is this? And the inside cover. Love it!
Sweet Potatoes were a hit. And nothing was burned. So I am considering it a success. And how cute are the placemats!
So I guess I am pickier than I thought when it comes to tree skirts. I couldn't find one I liked. So I braved Joann fabrics and for about $10 created one that was super simple and cute.
In LOVE with this mirror I grabbed at an estate sale. Terrible photo. Awesome Mirror!
Rescued a beat up door that was going to get thrown out, and added some shelves and towel bars. And now we have some - very much needed - extra storage in the kitchen.
Turned out a little more cartoon blood than gory-horror blood. But still liked my first attempt. I am missing Halloween already!
Playing with the idea of Dark Grey/Black walls in the teeny-tiny entryway. We have some old reclaimed wood that we might be able to make into a table.....maybe.....
Finding my long lost colored pencils, and creating some illustrations to help teach the alphabet to kindergarten kids.
In love with the three prints I bought in Ann Arbor and the crazy tile we bought for the shower floor. This is going to be fun!
I was thinking about my dog today. She was the sweetest and coolest girl. And I named her after the most beautiful woman in the world - Grace Kelly.
Dreamy wallpaper from Rebelwalls.com
My inner child is totally giddy over this. I love halloween and I love silly creatures. Crushing on this packaging!
So happy with the new tile choice! Kind of vintagey and kind of awesome!
Lets be clear, I already love Target, and spend way to much money there. Then I saw their newly re-designed Housewares aisles. And it looks amazing. Loved that they used real tables and lamps instead of boring fixtures. loved the overhead structures. Just impressed overall. Bravo Target Friends.
We made paper tool belts with kids on saturday during the "Day in Avondale" street festival. Super cute seeing lots of little kids running around with their brightly colored tools!
Can I start a Kickstarter to raise money for this jacket?
A little proud of this one. I wish i had taken a before photo. This was literally a brown and rust orange fixture straight out of the 70's. and not the cool 70's, just really ugly. So I took a plain old can of paint and paintbrush and turned into something way less offensive, for about $10.
